You see, I'm a firm believer. What do I believe in? I believe in life, in the human condition. I believe that we are all here for a reason. That we aren't without purpose. I believe that to live life you must live all of it, not just the tidbits of pleasure and happiness. Sometimes life isn't fair. Sometimes we find ourselves in the darkest corners, far away from the light. Perhaps it's the case that we can create our own light. That we can find a way through the troubles of life together. I cannot claim to be able to help everyone. However, I can claim this. I will do all that I can to help you. I am  Verified and Trained Listener on 7 cups since 2015. I'm 49 year old father of two children. During my life, I had overcome motorbike accident when I was child, and experienced PTSD for long period in my life. I decided to help and support as many people as I can. I prefer serious deep chat, with members who really want to make change in their life. My focus during conversation is on member, his current awareness about situation and the CHANGE he/she want to experience in the life. On 7 cups, I support members over 30 which survived traumatic experience and have PTSD symptoms. My life philosophy is that the current life situation is a result of our thinking pattern, our believes and our current behavior. If we find a way to change our thinking pattern, which is mostly unconscious, we will change our whole world. With a big effort and a strong will I had experienced change in my life. I want to chat with you and guide you throw the process of solving problems related with anxious, depression, negative emotions. These are negative life conditions which can be overcame. Few years ago I was very anxious/depressed and put much effort to overcome that personal situation. Than I decided to give support and help to other persons who are in similar situation.
