I love being here for people, I love music, I enjoy traveling, I enjoy hikes. 

I am an 18 year old who has had my fair share of trauma in my life. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 7 years old. I’ve been to countless therapists and counselors throughout my life. I was apart of the life skills classroom while in high school where I’d provide support for students with intellectual disabilities. I love helping others and wants to see other succeed even if it is a stranger. I am someone my friends confide in, no matter the situation. I have grown up playing sports. I am familiar with a large range of coping skills and grounding strategies. 

I’m someone who cares deeply about making people feel heard and understood. I try to bring empathy, patience, and honesty into every conversation, and I’m always working on becoming a better communicator. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed or stuck, and that’s why I’m passionate about creating a safe, calm space for others to open up. I’m thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely interested in helping people feel less alone.
