Hi! Welcome to my profile and 7 Cups! My name is Sel! I am really passionate about helping others, especially people who have mental health conditions. I've wanted to help people for as long as I can remember.  Even though I identify as a Catholic and have she/her pronouns, I am respectful of all cultures, religions and pronouns. I love to learn about these topics as well! This is a SAFE SPACE for everyone of all pronouns, sexual orientations, religions, and ethnicities!  Honestly, I'm doing this because I genuinely care and I want to make a difference in people's lives. This is your sign to give it time. Life is always changing. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable talking about sexual health and casual chats. There are many listeners who are though! I feel like I'm the person designated to feel empathy on behalf of half of the world. I have so much compassion. I literally want to build my life around it.
