I wanted to become a 7 Cups listener because I know how it feels to want someone to listen and need to feel validated and supported in my most vulnerable moments. I also wanted to provide any support to those who need it. So far I feel I’ve not only gained perspective, but I’ve become more consciously aware of my response and how to appropriately approach others. hello friends It is my belief that the our life goals are defined as we move on with experiences. But, wouldn't it be just great if someone guided us with a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on, or merely listening to our troubled thoughts as it is with no cover-ups , Our innermost reflections, desires, fears and misgivings need reconciliation with our physical self – which is a process which can never be done alone believe me friends we all can be happy and enjoy this beautiful life but just practicing small small activities and process making every moment a satisfied moment and not just be happy but spread happiness Krishna

I'm a psychology student and I want to become a psychological wellbeing practitioner; I'm hoping this will give me some basic experience but mostly I want to be able to help people. I myself have a bit of a messed up head so I can often empathise, and I understand the importance of having someone to talk to.
