Need to talk to someone?

I am currently not accepting new member chats. Wellcome to my profile. I am still rather new at listening here on 7cups. Generally I am patient, accepting and empethatic. Trades that I hope will help me be a good listener in every chat that I engage in.

Hi there! I'm  Rabbit or Lani , and I'm a listener here on 7 Cups. I'm passionate about helping others find their inner strength and resilience, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings.  When I'm not listening on 7 Cups, you can find me hiking in the great outdoors , by the beach or curled up with my pets. I'm here to support you as best as I can, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need someone to talk to, I will reply as soon as possible. I understand some days are rougher than others but we can always try to look for the positives !! I like to think of life is like a roller coaster we have our ups and down moments.  I believe that everyone has an opportunity to heal and grow, and that sometimes all it takes is someone to listen with an open heart and mind.  My approach to listening is non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative. I'm here to support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, and to help you find your own path forward. I'm honored to be a part of this community!  I'm passionate about personal growth and development, and I'm always looking for new ways to deepen my understanding of myself and others.  Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or just looking for someone to talk to, I'm here to listen. Thank you for considering me as your listener, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
