I am here to offer you a listening ear. I'm a very calm and non-judgmental person, I don't mind waiting for you until you become comfortable talking. I will try to help you with all I can, I will make sure to make you feel better by the end of our chats. I have helped many of my friends with their depression and anxiety. I have also struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, insecurity issues, trust issues, and so much more. I don't let that stop me though, I continue to strive and live day by day. I would love to help you if you would allow me to. I believe that everyone, including myself, can get better and get help only if you believe in yourself.
