I like listening to people and helping them. I have experienced that people feel at ease when they have someone to talk to, and I've had many instances where people have shared their personal problems with me, even when we were strangers, and they felt comfortable talking to me, and that's when I realised it would be great to find a platform where people can talk about their feelings with someone without judgement.
