Hi, I’m Aakash, I am from Delhi, India.

I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve clicked on my profile, maybe something has been weighing on your mind—and I want you to know that you don’t have to carry it alone.

Life can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even lonely at times. Sometimes, all we need is a space where we can just be ourselves without worrying about being judged or misunderstood. That’s exactly what I’m here for.

With me, you don’t have to hide how you feel or try to put your thoughts into perfect words. You can take your time, go at your own pace, and share only what you’re comfortable with. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, overthinking everything, dealing with sadness, or just need someone to talk to—I’ll be here to listen with patience and understanding.

I won’t judge you, rush you, or tell you what you ā€œshouldā€ feel. My goal is simply to understand you and support you in a way that feels safe and comfortable.

Sometimes even a small conversation can make things feel a little lighter. And if I can be that space for you, I’d be really glad.

So take a deep breath, whenever you’re ready… I’m here to listen. šŸ¤šŸ˜‰

When silence is holding more than words...🌿

...See more Sometimes the silence we carry is not because we have nothing to sayā€¦šŸŒæ but because there is too much inside, and it feels hard to let it out. I can sense that sometimes people start to share… and then pause, as if something inside gently pulls them back. Maybe it’s the fear of being misunderstood… maybe it’s the feeling that words won’t come out the right way… or maybe it’s just that opening up takes more courage than it seems. And that’s okay… truly. You don’t have to rush yourself. You don’t have to explain everything clearly. Even the most unclear, scattered thoughts deserve to be heard. You can take your time… sit with it… and whenever even a small part feels ready to come out, it will be held here with care. And if you ever feel like letting even a little of it out… you won’t have to do it alone. We can let the thoughts come out at your own pace I’m here šŸ¤šŸŒæ

Sometimes we miss the old version of ourselvesā€¦šŸŒæ

...See more Hi everyone 🌿 I wanted to share a small thought… something many of us might have felt quietly. Sometimes, we look at ourselves and feel like we’ve changed… not in a bad way always, but just… different. Maybe a little more quiet, a little more careful, a little less open than before. And sometimes, we miss who we used to be. The version of us that laughed more easily… trusted more freely… didn’t overthink this much… and didn’t feel this heavy inside. Life changes us slowly. Through experiences, through people, through moments we didn’t expect. And somewhere along the way, we become a version of ourselves we didn’t really plan for. It can feel confusing sometimes… like, ā€œWhere did that version of me go?ā€ But maybe… that version is not gone. Maybe it’s just resting somewhere inside us, waiting for the right space to feel safe again. If you’ve ever felt like this, you’re not alone in it šŸ¤ 🌱 Participation Questions: Have you ever missed the old version of yourself? What do you think has changed the most in you over time? Is there something from your old self that you wish to bring back? What helps you feel a little more like yourself again? ✨ A gentle reminder: It’s okay to change. It’s okay to grow. And it’s also okay to miss who you once were. All versions of you are still a part of your story… and they all matter 🌼

Sometimes it’s not hate… it’s just pain that stayedā€¦šŸŒæ

...See more Hi everyone 🌿 I wanted to share a small thought… something I’ve been noticing while talking to people here recently. No offense to anyone… I’m sharing this with a lot of respect for everyone’s feelings. Sometimes, there is a lot of anger towards men… not just one person, but men as a whole. And when you listen closely, it doesn’t feel like hate… it feels like something deeper. Sometimes it comes from repeated hurt… broken trust, feeling disrespected, or not being understood when it mattered the most. When things like this happen again and again, it slowly starts feeling like… ā€œall men are same.ā€ Maybe it’s not even a choice… maybe it’s just the heart trying to protect itself from getting hurt again. And honestly, that feeling is valid. What you experienced was real. Your pain matters. At the same time, I’ll be honest… as a man, sometimes it feels a little disheartening to see this. Not because the feelings are wrong… but because it reminds me how much hurt people have gone through. But at the same time… not all experiences define all people. Not all men will treat you the same way. And saying this is not to dismiss what you’ve been through… it’s just to gently hold space for another possibility. Maybe both things can exist together… you can feel hurt, angry, protective… and still, slowly, at your own pace, allow the idea that things can be different too. There’s no need to rush this. No need to force trust. Just understanding your own feelings… that itself is a big step 🌼 And sometimes… just being heard without judgement can make things feel a little lighter šŸ¤ I would really like everyone’s participation and thoughts on this… your experiences and views matter here 🌱 🌱 Participation Questions: Have you ever felt anger towards men because of past experiences? Do you feel this anger is protecting you from getting hurt again? What kind of behavior or actions would make you feel safe around men? Have you ever met someone who felt different from your past experiences? What kind of support helps you the most when you feel this way? ✨ A gentle reminder: Your feelings are valid… and they deserve to be heard. And at the same time, your story is still unfolding… it doesn’t have to stay the same forever. If you ever feel like sharing, you can do it here… or with me or any other listeners you trust. Take it at your own pace 🌿

...See more Hi everyone 🌿 I wanted to share something gently… I’ve recently received the Verified Listener badge, and it feels really special in a very quiet way. Not just because of the badge, but because of everything this journey has been teaching me. Somewhere along the way, I realized that listening is not just about hearing words… it’s about being present, being patient, and trying to understand someone’s feelings, even when they are hard to express. I’m truly grateful to be a part of this space where people trust enough to share their thoughts and emotions. That trust means more than anything else šŸ¤ A special thank you to @Tovacares76 for being there and guiding me. Your support has really meant a lot to me. And to everyone here… thank you for making this such a kind and safe place. Every small conversation, every shared feeling, it all matters. I’m still learning, still growing… and I hope I can continue to be there, even in small ways. Grateful for each moment here 🌼

...See more Hi everyone 🌿 I wanted to share a small thought… something that many of us might have felt quietly, but don’t always say out loud. Sometimes, it feels like we matter a little less… Like others are more important, more noticed, more valued. It’s not always something big. Sometimes it’s just small moments… being left out of a conversation, not being asked how we are, or feeling like our presence doesn’t really make a difference. Sometimes it’s also in the little silences… when we’re around people but still feel unseen, or when we want to say something but hold it back. And slowly, that feeling sits inside… making us wonder, ā€œDo I really matter as much?ā€ It can feel a little heavy to carry this, especially when we don’t talk about it. And sometimes we don’t even realize when this feeling started… it just quietly becomes a part of us. But if you’ve ever felt this way, please know… you’re not alone in it šŸ¤ 🌱 Participation Questions: Have you ever felt like you matter a little less than others sometimes? What thoughts usually come to your mind in those moments? Has anyone ever made you feel truly valued or seen? What did they do differently? What is one small thing that helps you feel even a little more important or heard? ✨ A gentle reminder: Your presence matters more than you think. Even if it doesn’t always feel visible, it doesn’t make it any less real. And if you ever feel like sharing what’s on your mind, you can do it here… or with me or any listener you feel comfortable with. Take it at your own pace 🌼

...See more Hi everyone 🌿 I wanted to share a quiet thought that many of us might have felt at some point… Sometimes, we don’t really want to explain everything we’re feeling. Not because we don’t want to talk… but because we don’t know how to put it into words. There are moments when all we wish is… someone understands us without us having to explain so much. That silent feeling of, ā€œI wish someone just gets it.ā€ Maybe it’s because the emotions are too mixed… or maybe we’re just tired of explaining again and again. And sometimes, it feels easier to stay quiet than to try and be understood. If you’ve ever felt like this, you’re not alone in it šŸ¤ 🌱 Participation Questions: Have you ever wished someone could understand you without you having to explain everything? What makes it difficult for you to open up sometimes? What kind of response or support helps you feel truly understood? ✨ A gentle reminder: It’s okay if you don’t have the right words all the time. Kind, patient, non judgemental and compassionate!! He was a great listener. I really liked the conversation, he seemed to care which is rare and didn't force me to tell him anything. It felt good to vent and just talk. I really felt alone but having someone who can listen to you helps a lot!

I was impressed with a post by Aakash. I reached out as I was impressed. I found I met a great soul I could connect with despite our differences in distance and experiences. We found much to talk about and found out much actually connects us despite all the noises from modern life that interfere with peoples needs to be connected humans. A perfect listener who anyone fortunate enough to find will be better after they share
