My approach is rooted in empathy first, I believe every feeling is valid. There’s no rush and no pressure; whether you need five minutes to vent or an ongoing conversation, I’ll match your pace. Everything shared stays strictly confidential, and my only agenda is your well-being. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support; “I’m mostly okay but could use an ear” is reason enough.
