I am your mental health's elite guardian angel, given to earth from the kingdom of heaven, brandishing a divine sword of empathetic light able to rip and tear through your mental demons 1 by 1. They will have nowhere to run, nowhere to hide with no demon being too big or complicated. The path to happiness is often laiden with demons and monsters of all sorts that will try anything in their power to hinder you from reaching it. And for those times when the demons have surrounded you completely and there seems to be no way out, call upon me, and we will destroy them together and arise victorious!

Hi!  I'm so glad you're here.  I know that life is complicated.  But, to listen is simple: one slow, steady step at a time.  We can't change yesterday and we don't need to rush into tomorrow.  Let's just focus on today.  And let's handle right now, together.

I've been a teacher/educator my whole career. I love kids and interacting with people. I have a little dog who I adore. I used to foster rescue dogs. I really enjoy cooking and baking, especially for others.

I'm studying biomedical sciences at Valencia, I want to work in healthcare. I feel one of the best things someone in healthcare can have is empathy and understanding I think volunteering is not only a good but it will help me develop better empathy and understanding in the long run.
