In short in a myth about him he made wings from feathers and wax, raised on them towards the Sun and felt from there cause Sun heat melted the wax. "Who's Damocles and what's wrong with his sword?" It's a person in greek mythology. Without other details in a myth about him he was on a feast locating under a sword hanging on a horsehair.
