Understanding ADHD Brief Guide

Overview

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a medical condition associated with inattention, impulsivity, and/or hyperactive behavior. Lacking the ability to focus while in class, at work, or when someone is talking to you can lead to problems personally, professionally, and relationally. Having trouble sitting still and making spur of the minute decisions can be problematic as well. There are 4 lessons within this guide that have been adapted from Hinshaw and Scheffler (2014) and Barkley (2015).
