1. Self-Care
Learning how to create a balance in your listening practice can be challenging. We ask all of our users to practice self-care as a means of developing strength as a listener and a human. It’s okay to take some personal time after a difficult chat or connect to a peer support person.
A peer support person is someone who is available to chat with you after a difficult chat. You can find a full list of our peer support team here.
Additionally, here are some helpful resources on developing your self-care practice and finding more balance in your work.
2. I do not have enough time in my schedule right now
We all have a lot going on! It’s normal. Some times are busier than others and you may need to take a break to focus on your busy schedule. Before you take a break, please take a look at this helpful resources on how to better manage your schedule.
