About Transitions Bali

Transitions, a sober living home in Bali, Indonesia, was founded by Nick Messikh, who brings over 16 years of personal recovery experience to his vision of empowering clients to take responsibility for their own healing journey. Located in the heart of Seminyak, this luxury 5-bed facility offers a structured, peaceful environment for men and women struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions, taking full advantage of Bali's spiritual atmosphere and wellness culture. The program offers two distinct paths: a comprehensive sober living experience lasting 2-6 months for those in early recovery (under one year), and a shorter 1-2 week Recharge program for individuals with established recovery who need renewal. Designed for clients who have completed detox and inpatient treatment, Transitions combines evidence-based therapy with the Minnesota model, incorporating 12-Step facilitation, individual counseling, group work, life skills development, educational components, meditation, mindfulness practices, nutrition guidance, fitness training, breathwork, and yoga. Residents enjoy a tranquil healing environment with private bedrooms, gourmet meals, laundry service, high-speed internet, and access to a beautiful pool. Additional amenities include gym membership with personal training, regular excursions, and massage therapy. This comprehensive approach creates a unique recovery experience in one of the world's most beautiful settings, designed to produce lasting transformation and sustainable sobriety.
