The American Children's Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to supporting families in Alexander, AR, who are facing the hardships of childhood cancer. Through our Grant Program, we understand the urgent financial challenges these families experience and we provide essential financial assistance to those in need. Our assistance covers critical areas such as housing needs, living expenses, utilities, medical costs, prescriptions, transportation for medical treatments, and even funeral expenses if necessary.
