Project SAFE is committed to enhancing LGBTQ cultural competency among homelessness and social service agencies in Hialeah, FL, and the greater Miami-Dade County area. We provide crucial services including access to safe and supportive shelter through our housing partners and our innovative HOST HOME PROGRAM, ensuring that every young person receives the individualized care they deserve. Our comprehensive care coordination addresses specific needs by offering referral services for HIV testing, substance abuse treatment, medical needs, and educational support, alongside vital transportation assistance. We also provide emergency meal assistance, family support, access to laundry facilities, and warm showers, all designed to foster a welcoming and supportive environment for vulnerable youth in our community.
