Time to Fly is a nurturing, faith-based organization dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence in Chestertown, MD, and the surrounding Northern Virginia and DC areas. We offer a comprehensive, free 3 Step program, designed to help women and children reclaim their self-worth and identity through tailored counseling, parenting education, nutrition education, and essential life skills training. Our workshops focus on understanding the roots of domestic violence, the profound impacts of abuse, and pathways to rediscovering God's plan for their lives. We also provide ongoing support through our After Care Program, which includes additional life skills workshops on financial management, nutrition, and access to vital resources such as housing and employment assistance. With childcare provided, we aim to serve up to 50 women and 15 children per quarterly session, fostering a supportive community where healing and growth can thrive.
