The Maryland Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) serves the Crofton, MD community by empowering individuals and families eligible for SNAP with essential resources focused on healthy living. Our mission is to enhance food access, improve nutrition quality, and promote physical activity among our participants. Through engaging nutrition education, practical physical activity initiatives, and after-school support, we aim to build a healthier community, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to thrive and make informed choices about their well-being.
