At Time to Fly in Forest Hill, MD, we are dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence through our comprehensive, faith-based counseling and training programs. Our free 3 Step program offers crucial support to women and children across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, focusing on rebuilding self-worth and identity. Participants benefit from a variety of services, including counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial literacy, computer classes, and a solid support network. During our workshops, clients explore key topics such as the roots and impacts of domestic violence, the journey to healing, and discovering a path aligned with God’s plan. With our After Care Program, we continue to meet the spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of participants, including access to housing, childcare, and employment assistance. Childcare is provided during sessions, which are held quarterly for up to 50 women and 15 children. We invite those seeking change and healing to join us on this transformative journey.
