Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Westminster, MD, focused on empowering survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their self-worth and identity. Our comprehensive, free 3 Step program serves women and children throughout Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, providing essential services including counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial literacy workshops, and computer classes. We create a welcoming support network that emphasizes spiritual growth and equips our participants to navigate complex systems. Our workshops delve into the roots and effects of domestic violence, encouraging women to discover God’s plan for their lives and offering proven steps to heal relationships. Additionally, our After Care Program addresses spiritual, emotional, and practical needs through life skills workshops and access to resources for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With childcare provided, we are committed to serving up to 50 women and 15 children per quarterly session, ensuring that those desiring change find the comprehensive support they need to thrive.
