MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Pawtucket, RI, through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options to support Veterans on their weight-loss journey, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
