We also offer nutrition counseling and school and sports physicals, along with 24-hour on-call physician coverage for urgent needs. We accept Medicaid and provide a sliding fee scale to assist those who are uninsured or under-insured, making healthcare accessible based on family size and income. To apply for our sliding fee scale, simply complete the Sliding Fee Application available at our locations or online, and provide proof of income. Once approved, you will receive a Sliding Fee card, allowing you to easily schedule pediatric appointments with any of our health centers.
