Bringing Baby Home

Bringing your baby home is exciting, but there will definitely be an adjustment period. Babies do not operate on the same schedule as adults, so one of the most common and significant stressors you'll face is the wildly different sleep schedules of you and your baby. Chances are, you won't be getting enough sleep during this period of time. This lack of sleep can cause stress and irritability.
