🌸 Day 2: Empathy & Perspective
Empathy & Perspective
the person who’s being bullied, the bystanders and even the bully too.
🫤 The bystander might feel unsure, guilty, or afraid to step in.
😮💨 The person bullying may be struggling with their own pain, insecurity, or need for control.
And if you were a person who bullied others, I hope that you have worked out your emotions, gained understanding as well as growth, if you haven't reached that, I hope you continue walking with me through this growth path, perhaps you'll gain some understanding or clarity 🙂↕️
🤔 Lets Pause & Think 🤔
Let's take a moment to reflect:
🔸How do I think someone feels when they’re being bullied?
🔸What might stop a bystander from speaking up?
🔸Why do I think someone might choose to bully others?
🔸How could empathy change the way I act in tough situations?
🦸♂️Awareness in Action🦸♀️
Today’s gentle challenge:
🤔 Try to imagine yourself in someone else’s shoes.
🫂 If you notice someone being left out or treated unfairly, ask yourself:
“How would I feel if that were me?”
Write or doodle one way you could show kindness to someone
who might need it in your workbook or just on paper.
