🌟 Day 3: Building Your Toolkit

Building a toolkit

Creator: @AnnaSilverberg

What is Resilience?🤔

Resilience is the ability to bounce back when things feel tough and unbearable.
It does not mean ignoring your pain or pretending everything is fine, not at all!
What it does mean is to find healthy ways to cope and
reminding yourself that you are stronger than what you’re going through.

💓Remember, everyone’s resilience looks different, it’s not a one size fits all, and that’s okay💓

🤔 Lets Pause & Think 🤔
Let's take a moment to reflect:

What helps me feel calm when I’m upset?

Who are the safe people I can talk to when I need support?

What activities make me feel strong or happy?

How do I usually respond when I feel hurt, and does it help me?

What’s one thing I’d like to add to my personal toolkit?

💓🐑💓

🦸‍♂️Create Your Resilience Toolkit🦸‍♀️
Today’s gentle challenge:

💓Write down or doodle 3–5 things that help you cope when life feels heavy

🔍Your toolkit might have things like:🔎

💬 Positive self-talk (“I am enough”, “I deserve to be respected”)

😮‍💨 Breathing exercises or mindfulness meditation

🫂 Talking to a trusted friend, family member, or a listener

📚 Journaling, drawing, doodling or listening to music that you enjoy

💃 Physical movement, such as walking, running or just dancing to loud music

💓Keep your toolkit somewhere you can see it or where it’s easily accessible.
You can put it as a note in your phone.
