Self Acceptance
Upon realising a sexuality or identity some find they can live easily with the fact or some may find it's a struggle to accept and live with how they identify.
Accepting oneself is important to having a healthy mindset to face possibilities and challenges of the identity. However there may be things in the way such as unaccepting family or environment, internalised homophobia or transphobia and fear of judgments or religious beliefs.
