Step5: Tending the Team

Equally important is tending the team! It includes:

1. Checking in with team members in pm on how they are doing with their role in the team and if they need anything. [Use Team Check-Ins sheet of the Star Leader Dashboard for this.]
2. Observing the posts made in the peer appreciation thread to see if some team member might be facing a challenge in posting clear and proper posts.
3. Very important: If a team member goes on an uninformed self-care break for 3 consecutive weeks (this rule is mentioned in the program guide), removing them from the team. You may let them know that they can rejoin the team in future by simply messaging a star leader and retaking the program quiz. [Use Status Tracking tab for this.]

This step ensures that our team stays in good health!
