Tending the Hall

 

As you know, the Peer Appreciation Hall tab is the core of all our all activity. So it needs tending. Tending that tab includes:

 

  1. Hiding the Completed (Orange or Green) Items! [Practice with your mentor/star-leader on how to hide the completed items. Be careful a) Not to hide any uncompleted item, b) Not to mistakenly edit any cell.]
  2. Untaking a blue item if the team member did not complete the item after two days of taking it. (very important).
  3. Ensuring a regular inflow of new appreciation items.
