Licensed Professional Counselor

About

Thank you for coming to the table.  Seeking help and a listening ear from someone you do not know can feel strange or scary.  At your pace with your plan, I will walk with you towards your goals, with a nonjudgmental and emphathetic approach.  For nearly a decade I've worked in various capacities to assist women and men of all ages suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, issues of attention and focus, phase of life transitions, and more.  There is hope in the midst of loneliness, fear, chaos, sleeplessness, and hopelessness.  It is my goal to ensure a safe, comforting, and confidential setting as we explore recurring thoughts and emotions that lead to behaviors.  As we examine your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, we can assist you in feeling better and increase your quality of life.  Your plan.  Your pace.  Our space - together.  I look forward to working with you.
