Hello! I am Lisa and a licensed mental health counsellor. I aim to create a tailored and individualistic approach to therapy combining the person-centred approach with cognitive behavioural therapy. I am non-judgemental, empathetic, and supportive. Through our work together we can find more happiness and peace in your life and in your relationships too using evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
I thrive with my work with people and I enjoy exploring issues with others. Making the first step is sometimes the hardest decision to make. Through our exploration of thoughts and feelings, we can begin to make sense of the world together in a safe, confidential, and positive online environment with acceptance and empowerment shown throughout.
I have a professional interest and expertise in anxiety, depression, loneliness and trauma. I am a registered counsellor registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS: 469007) and I hold a BPS Approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision.
Thank you for being here and I look forward to working with you.

Lisa is absolutely incredible. She's a careful listener and quite supportive. She's able to quickly ascertain the issue or trauma you're facing and is there to answer the what, whys, and hows to handle the trauma/bad experience
Lisa was very kind & knowledgeable. I never thought I could open up & talk about what I was going through but I found confidentiality with Lisa & felt safe enough to open up.
Lisa has been really great to work with for the last 5 years. She has helped me though some really difficult times in my life and her open-mindedness and supportive words have been truly helpful. I have had other in-person therapists, but still found Lisa to be the most helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know. Thank you Lisa for your time and support throughout the years.
She actually cares!
A rare, sympathetic listening ear; with a genuine desire to help.
