I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience across a variety of mental health settings including Butler Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital. My passion is therapy and I’ve spent the past 6 years helping individuals to navigate life’s stressors and unlock the best version of themselves. I specialize in treating adults experiencing depression, anxiety, men’s issues, compassion fatigue, and major life transitions. 

 My work is rooted in evidence-based practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. My education includes a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Providence College and a Masters in Social Work from Rhode Island College.
