In a caring confidential exchange we can, at your own pace, explore these challenging emotions and learn tools for engaging with life with more ease and success. We will tailor our work to meet your needs. I am a "hands on" therapist teaching and practicing skills, challenging old thought patterns and belief systems. I am here for you.
