What if I am having suicidal thoughts?
Sometimes, people with anxiety experience thoughts of hurting themselves or wishing to “just make the pain go away”. If you are experiencing these kinds of thoughts, you may be having what are sometimes called thoughts of suicide or suicidal ideation. If this happens to you, know that you are not alone and that it is of the utmost importance that you speak with someone right away for support and assistance. You can speak with a trained counselor (24 hours a day) at the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a listener with The Steve Fund. First, you must complete The Steve Fund Course and Assessment. Next, you will complete the 7 Cups of Tea courses on the following topic areas Depression, Managing Emotions, Anxiety. After completing these requirements you will be a Steve Fund listener!
