...See more Hey guys hope u're doing well ! I'm new here, I've just joined 7 cups cuz I really need some support, and I'm lost and ofc out of control. These days all I can do is "binging" I can't stop, and I feel sooooo sickkk. I just wanna end everything, I'm just so done, telling myself everyday that I'm gonna restrict tmrw and gonna lose weight, but I just can't stop overeating, I hate myself so much rn, I'm such a failure, a disappointment.
