...See more Hi everyone, I've been struggling with ED for years, couple of years ago I also started having quite big issues with anxiety. I've been feeling very sad, hopeless, disappointed for the past month. I've been having intrusive thoughts... It's like I am stuck in a pitch black room. Nearly every day I just feel so low, it's like being in another dimension, detached from reality. But it sometimes passes for few hours and in that "break" time I just feel exhausted and without any joy. I can't sleep, I've lost appetite. I don't trust myself in a sense that I don't know if I'm experiencing or I'm talking myself into it...
