...See more I don’t know if this can be counted as an addiction, but to me it is. i’ve been struggling with it since I could remember, and I want to stop. It’s changed my life, and I could hardly go without doing it. I temporarily stopped, using a nail polish that smelt and tasted bad. But I continued doing it after one day when my nails were flimsy and I couldn’t stop the temptation.
