...See more I suffer from Social Anxiety and depression. I have had it for as long as I can remember, although I didn't really know what it was until my 30s. I do not know how to deal with people and I'm getting worse everyday. Almost every conversatin I have with a coworker turns into a torment of swirling thoughts in my head afterward that I can not clear. Medication keeps me from going off on people, but just barely. Strangely, when I am home and around my wife or kids, I'm totally at ease. It's as if she's Kryptonite against my anxiety.
