...See more Hi, I live in the UK and I was diagnosed with Unspecified depressive disorder in 2017. Now I'm in a more stable place I'm curious if there is any way I can get tested to specify my type of depression. Mainly so I can address it and learn my triggers and patterns. I guess part of me wants to give it a title in order to accept that it is part of who I am rather than just something I brush under the carpet. Any advice woul be much appreciated x
