...See more Over the past two months, I was diagonsed with genetic depression. I've talked about it with my dad, my boyfriend and a few friends, who're all very supportive. I've had depression for 3-5 years, without knowing what it was. This is my only year I've known. Things I'm having trouble with: ~ An out-of-body experience. Someone will ask me something, or talk to me, and call me by name. Yes, I know my name is Hanna, but I don't feel like I'm there. I don't feel like I'm in the situation, nor talking to them. ~ I can't feel my emotions. Everything feels blank, except fear, anger and sadness. I have a black box in my chest that won't disappear. If anyone is dealing with these problems, or know how to feel like I'm in my own body again, please reply or message me.
