Hi! I’m Arshia. I’m a high school student with a strong interest in psychology and sociology. Through my own experiences with mental health challenges and working with multiple therapists, I’ve gained valuable insight into the importance of support and understanding. I also have close friends and family members with ADHD, which has given me perspective on the many ways people experience and navigate life.
