Help with need for constant validation please?

...See more Hi I was wondering if I could get some support...I'm having a bit of an emotional relapse right now, and I'm struggling really bad with my BPD thoughts. I keep wanting to double check (read: ask a million times) with everyone that I'm not messing things up and they aren't mad at me and they won't leave me because I'm really scared everyone is going to leave me. Like, I'm really scared everyone's going to leave me. And I'm freaking out about that and a million other things, but I know people leave if you ask them a dozen times if you are being annoying and I shouldn't need constant validation or reassurance. But I do need it, and I want help finding a way to, i don't know, either get the validation I feel I need, find a way to be okay with the reassurance i get, or get rid of this entirely. So if anyone could help, that would be great. (sorry)
