Hi, I’m here to listen — to everyone, without judgment. I welcome all people and all stories, and I try to listen with an open mind and heart. I’m currently studying psychology on my journey to become a therapist, and honestly, listening to you helps me grow just as much as I hope it helps you. 💛

It’s okay to be not okay. It’s normal to feel weighed down sometimes, or like your emotions don’t quite make sense. That’s just part of being human 👌

Making sense of life through journaling

...See more Our Lives gets messy sometimes, and honestly our thoughts get messy right along with it. One thing that's helped me is just writing stuff down. Not in a professional way, just writing down what happened during the day and how it made me feel. Just a note about a situation and the feeling that was there then, that’s it. At first I felt like all af that is pointless, as I was just talking to myself pointlessly. But after doing it for a while, I started going back and reading old notes, and that's only when things got interesting. I found patterns I never would've noticed before, like that there are certain situations always makes me anxious, or specific people always leaving me drained. Things or feelings that felt random before actually had a shape to it once I just looked back. That's basically what sense-making is, I think. It's not about having everything figured out right away. It's about giving yourself the opportunity to look back and just connect the dots, instead of trying to understand everything while you're still in the middle of it. It's really a simple habit, but it's changed how I understand myself. Doesn't need to be long or perfect, just keeping it up. Have any of you ever kept a journal and noticed a pattern in your emotions or reactions that surprised you? What did that teach you about yourself?

Having a look Through Someone’s Else Eyes

...See more We all see the world from our own eyes (perspective), and that's normal. But sometimes we found ourselves judging people around us, without really trying to understand where they're coming from (what are their perspectives). A few days ago, I was in a conversation with someone close to me, and our opinion was totally different from each other. My first reaction was defending my opinion, But then I paused for a while and asked myself, "Why would he see it this way?" Once I stopped arguing, thinking about what I'd say next and actually “listened” , I realized that his view made sense from where he was standing, even if I still didn't agree with it. What I really noticed (as i learned on 7cups) that empathy doesn't mean agreeing with everything. It means giving the other person space that it is their right (and okay) to have their own perspective without rushing to judge them. That takes time and patience And honestly it's hard sometimes, especially when we're so attached to our own opinion. The nice thing about this skill is that it gets better with practiceing. Every time we try to really “listen” , we build that empathy muscle a little more 💪😉 Now Please share with me; What was the hardest moment you were  trying to understand someone’s else perspective when it was completely different from yours? did that affect your both relationship with each other ?

Kind, very smart, wonderful person
An actual angel. Helped me so much. May God bless her.
A very good listener
She's excellent, very understanding, and listens attentively and with focus. I highly recommend her. ❤️❤️
When I started this conversation, I was carrying so much emotional weight and felt completely lost. I honestly didn't expect a stranger to make me feel so safe and understood. She listened with so much patience, kindness, and compassion that I felt comfortable opening up about things I had been holding inside for a long time. She didn't judge me or rush the conversation and made me feel like my feelings truly mattered. For a little while, I didn't feel so alone. I can't fully express how much that meant to me. Thank you for being such a kind soul and for reminding me that there are people who genuinely care.
Nice person and kind
