...See more I never thought much of my earing habbits untill recently. I dont eat breakfast or dinner. I kind of snack on junk food in the after noon and late at night. I always feel guilty about eating junk food.or i feel guilty about not eating. Im always working out i feel sick in the mornings. And view my self as fat.. can someone help me with this?
