“In life, you don’t always make the right decisions but you can always make your decisions right.”

...See more It’s been a long time since I posted anything or visited here. I was fortunate to have a long break during which I was very busy. Anyways I wanna share what I have learnt recently. “In life, you won’t always make the right decision. That’s okay perfection wasn’t promised. What matters is what you do next. When you choose, own it. Learn fast, correct course earlier, and work hard to make that choice right. (slightly firmer) Decisions don’t define you your effort after them does. “You won’t always choose right but you can always make your choice right."

Be very clear. If you chase something, know why you’re doing it not just because it’s prestigious.

...See more Be clear about your goals and motivations. Discipline beats shortcuts. Don’t compromise your values for quick gains. Even in difficult environments, staying honest is possible and ultimately more fulfilling. Choose Integrity Always. If something isn’t right for you, don’t force it. Whether it’s a job, a subject, or a career, it’s okay to admit discomfort and change directions even if it’s against societal expectations. Know When to Pivot. Explore your strengths and interests earnestly. Real learning (and eventual success) comes from genuine curiosity and self-directed growth, not just rote study or parental pressure. Respect the Power of Social Influence.

The "now"

...See more The "now" You need direction, otherwise “now” feels empty. If you only live in the future (and reject the present), you’ll feel anxious. Dream in the future (to know why you wake up). Act in the present (because action only happens now). Learn from the past (without staying trapped there).

equanimity... Took from Last journal entry

...See more Although I'm again back to sadness but I thought I should share this....from my last journal entry. You know what? After a long time months, actually I finally saw my face in the mirror. I looked at my body, my eyes, my hair… and I felt free. I no longer felt caged. I felt like me. Once, I used to be so sweet, I loved myself a lot, and I was genuinely happy. But in recent years especially last year when I met an inhumane girl, everything spiraled into depression and loneliness. But now… now after breakfast, after stupidly pleasing people, after so many heartbreaks and faint nights… at 3:14 am, standing in front of my washroom mirror under the dim light, I saw the glow. 😇 I saw myself the way I used to years ago. I can take care of myself. I can cook. I’ve started eating healthy foods and less junk. I’ve started working out, doing my work, and studying all day. I can write poems and journals. Life is uncertain, so yes problems will always be there but I can see myself in the mirror again, and that’s such a positive response to myself. No one is manipulating me. No one is breaking my heart. No one is disrespecting me. No one is cheating. No drama at all. It’s just me and my friends. I’m not pleasing or begging anyone anymore. Finally, I feel fresh oxygen. I’m even thankful to her boyfriend who told her to leave me because I’m so grateful for it now. 🏃🏻 I can run again… and I’m hoping I won’t pause this time.

...See more If you don’t measure, your mind leaves your efforts in a “probability cloud” of maybe it matters, maybe it doesn’t. When you measure, you collapse that cloud into “Yes, this mattered, and I did it.” “Before measurement, the system exists in a superposition of states. After measurement, it collapses to a definite state.”
