When living with depression, you become more and more used to ignore that each day is a little opportunity to start again, maybe to go back to your old activities that made you feel better (sports, hobbies), maybe for you "to solve" what bothers you, or just a little break for you to rest and take care of yourself (the best for you). It is hard, but each day is a new day, have you tried to think this before sleeping, and/or when you wake up?
