Terrifying experience when i was 9 years old

...See more Before i tell the story I want to make sure everyone knows that i am 25 years old now and I was NOT raped when this happened.  When I was about 9 years old I was at my neighbors house(a friend of my mom's) and her bf and his friend was over. Well his friend(he was in his late 20's) and I was alone in the neighbors house. I was playing with some stickers and he started putting them all over my body. Afterwards he took my legs over my head and sat on my butt. He was laughing and I was screaming and I crying. When he got up I ran up stairs and luckily the door was open so I ran out the door and he was laughing. I am not sure if this is considered sexual abuse or child molestation or what to call it. I do not know this man's name, and I was 9 when it happened so I could't report it. I just need closure and I am not sure how to get it.
