...See more I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and depression & i even have tried self-diagnosing myself with what i believe is Bipolar disorder or borderline personality but every sense i was a kid Ive always wondered if i was on the adhd/add spectrum. The way my brain works from how ive heard them be explained almost relates to both sides, i have days im extremely spontaneous and its hard to focus and then i have days where i cant do anything but to contemplate things going on in life and almost obsess about it in my head. I have heightened highs & depressing lows. If anyone else goes through this, please share your thoughts or experiences!

...See more I think sometimes we confuse our loneliness for peace. Because its times when we are alone with our thoughts that we can’t stand being without a companion to distract us from those dark places. We must learn to see that in these times we are not alone but instead at peace with ourselves. Learn how to love yourself, enjoy your own presence. Sometimes you have to learn how to be your own friend. Take time to add value to your life, take time to give yourself a change of scenary. Do something in your day that makes you happy!
