Life is like a puzzle. You figure it out by putting the pieces together, and sometimes you need help finding the pieces to the puzzle. Some puzzles have more pieces to find, some puzzles are harder than others, and other puzzles have unknown pieces to find.

People have asked me why I love helping so much and why I work myself overboard to help peeps and that's because I've been through too much in my life to see someone get hurt because they didn't get the proper help or they felt like no one cared so I try my absolute hardest to make everyone feel like they matter. Even on days I feel like I have nothing left inside me, I do everything I can to put at least a little bit of help out there. People are already going through so much hurt, so why add on to it. I've experienced a lot and I don't want people to feel the way I felt for the longest time. And I want to break this thought that all "pretty" people are mean. I don't think I'm pretty but a lot of people do, and I hate that people are scared to come up to me because I'm "pretty"

I am a die hard Christian, but will not discuss that in public spaces to ensure everybody's comfort.

Today I lift up the girl who feels like she is not enough. She sees what other women are doing and feels like she comes short. But God, you see her. You made this precious woman on purpose. Remind her of her true worth in You. Remind her that where she is now is where she needs to be. Remind her that Your plan for her is perfect. Remind her to rest in your unfailing love. 


Here are some grounding techniques:
The 54321 technique involves looking around you and finding five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste
The 4-7-8 breathing technique. You need to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. (Exhale if you can't hold your breath that long)
Or you can do something as simple as putting something sour or bitter in your mouth to distract your brain such as a lemon/lime or salt. Or holding ice, or putting your hands in cold water
