...See more Hi, I have an emotionally abusive and volatile mother and an emotionally unavailable father. My mother's temper tantrums have caused me to have severe anxiety disorder with a completely manic nervous system. I am so emotionally exhausted that I don't even know what kind of help I need. I also have depression and an eating disorder. This feels never-ending. How do I become better?
