Hello! I'm Alexandra and I'm 20 years old. I have struggled with depression and self esteem issues ever since I was 13, which led to me self harming until 2 and a half years ago. In the last few years, with the help of people who cared about me, I have managed to overcome most of these issues, though it is still a constant battle. I want to provide that same support that helped me get better to other people.
